Please join Courtney of @courtneyanne.zingarawellness & Katie of @moonandstarsapothecary for a 1/2-day energy/chakra immersion providing an introduction to energy wellness followed by an in-depth look at the 7-chakra system. We will offer a foundation and a relatable understanding of each of the 7 chakras, how they are the key to health and balance and how to implement practices and techniques in daily life.

You will unlock abilities to intuitively access healing through empowered innate wisdom and an awareness of your personal energy body.

This is an experiential-based intensive that will include embodiment practices, creative techniques and folk medicine to adapt to each chakra as part of a personal wellness plan.

The experience will culminate with a Cacao & Candle Ceremony to seal the intention and energy of the day.
