Join folk herbalist Katie of Moon & Stars Apothecary as we learn more about the amazing benefits of the elderberry. We will learn the modern uses, folklore, and we will prepare a tincture using folk methods. Each student will receive tincture to take home along with a dropper bottle to transfer it to once it is done. You will also receive a handout with for your herbal book that includes further elderberry recipes and ways to use your tincture. Class is limited to 12 students. This class will be held outdoors.
