Wholesale FAQs
Thank you so much for your interest in wholesale orders. Please do not contact me about the questions below. There are no exceptions made for wholesale ordering, and the policies are non-negotiable.
Can I make smaller orders? I don’t want to spend that much upfront.
Unfortunately I cannot do that. There are no exceptions made for wholesale orders.
Can I do an order on commission?
Unfortunately I cannot do that, as a small business owner I am not in a position to do this. Orders must be paid for upfront, no exceptions.
Do you do party favors?
Yes! Contact me and let’s work something out. Pricing is different for party favors and are not listed currently.
Can you do free shipping?
No. Free shipping is for retail customers only. Local customers can pick up directly from me. I offer local delivery for a $25 fee.
Can I return items that don’t sell?
All sales are final. Most products are good for 12 months.
Can I get my order quicker than your time frame?
Bath salts and lip balm can be made faster for a fee. Soap and bath bombs need proper time to cure. Allow 4-5 weeks for those orders.
Can you give me a discount for large volume orders?
That is determined on a case by case basis. In general no, as a small business owner I do not benefit from these types of transactions.
Can you use my raw product in my order?
Yes! You will have to arrange to ship that to me, or drop it to me. Thank you. I have worked with local companies that have coffee, beer, honey, and hemp extract added to my recipes.
Can you do wholesale custom orders?
Yes! I love creating products with local businesses.
Can you make me a product not listed in your wholesale shop?
Most of the time, yes. Contact me and let’s work something out. I offer limited edition products and holiday items, but there is a short time frame open to those items.
Can I just purchase ready made items that in wholesale amounts your shop at wholesale cost?
No, those are for my regular customers.
